6th graders finished up their branding project this week! We learned about logo design and company branding, and students were assigned to create a cohesive design for a skateboarding & shoe company.
We've been working hard in the art room the past few weeks! Grades K-5 were making derby hats, and Grades 6-8 made floats. We had a parade at school last Wednesday. Great job students! Here are the winners picked from each grade:
6th grade learned about surrealist Salvador Dali and we studied portraits. Students created their own Salvado and then their favorite part, adding a mustache!
Students learned about Photo Realism & practiced their observational drawing skills by drawing a realistic eyes, adding highlights, shadows, and detail. They turned out great!
