Congrats to 4th grade student Sabina who won the Grand Prize with her entry into the Louisville St. Patrick Coloring contest. 2nd graders learned about Robert Indiana's famous "Love" Sculpture that is all around the world. We created our own version with 3D letters & paint! Above is the famous Love sculpture in New York.
Next week's artist of the week is 2nd grader Kaylynn! Kaylynn is always a hard worker. She is very creative and I've enjoyed having her in art class. She recently was selected as a winner in the HAWA Art Contest to represent SNA! Way to go Kaylynn!
3rd Grade Color Wheel Collages: 2nd Grade Color Wheels & Color wheel cars: & 4th Grade Color Wheel in the hallway! We learned about tints & shades and each table worked together to complete their piece of "pie" by making a collage of their assigned color. Turned out pretty neat!
